Cyber attackers are becoming increasingly sophisticated and organized. The time to adapt is now.

Traditional security approaches and technologies are not working. They are based on the assumption that attackers are trying to get in, but many of the most serious breaches of the last decade have been due to attackers getting out.
In fact, we’ve seen a shift from attackers focusing on getting in to focusing on getting out–and traditional security models are not designed to protect against attacks designed for this purpose.
The best way to stay ahead of cyber-attackers is to anticipate their moves, which means understanding their motives and intent.
Understanding the motivation of an attacker will help you determine what they’re after. Is it money? Do they want something specific from your organization? Or do they just want to cause damage for its own sake? Understanding intent means being able to predict how an attacker will try to exploit vulnerabilities in your system, avoid detection by security measures like firewalls and antivirus programs, maximize profit (and minimize risk) by choosing targets carefully or using ransomware instead of malware that could be traced back if detected by law enforcement agencies around the world–the list goes on and on! Read why Antivirus might not be enough.
Modern cyber security requires a holistic approach that incorporates all aspects of an organization’s IT environment including user behavior, network infrastructure and cloud services.
A modern approach to cyber security requires the integration of multiple solutions across your entire IT environment – including users, networks, infrastructure and cloud services. This is especially true if you use multiple cloud providers or platforms (such as Amazon Web Services). For example: if one service provider has a vulnerability that could be used by hackers as an entry point into your system then it may be necessary for another provider’s solution to detect this activity before any damage occurs or data is compromised
A modern cyber security approach must also incorporate both human and machine intelligence in order to improve detection rates, response times and overall effectiveness. Machine learning is a great example of how digital services can use AI to improve the user experience by making it easier for users to access the information they need when they need it. For example, machine learning allows you to search for files on your computer or mobile device without having to know exactly where those files are located–you simply type in what you’re looking for and let the search engine do its thing!
Another way that machine learning has been used effectively within modern cyber security strategies involves improving user behavior over time through targeted training exercises designed specifically for each person’s unique needs (e.g., someone who works from home may have different habits than someone working at an office). The goal would be not only identifying common mistakes but also helping users learn from their mistakes so they don’t make them again later down the road.”
In order to be truly safe, you must follow some basic rules.
