How do I claim the free month?

There is nothing to claim and no code to enter. This page is the NAEA member benefit page, so the offer is applied at checkout on any monthly plan above and your first invoice is $0. On annual billing the free month is already in the price: you pay for eleven months and get a full year of coverage, so the two do not stack.

Do I have to prove I'm an NAEA member?

No. Watch Cloud never receives NAEA member data. The benefit rides with this page, which NAEA shares with members directly.

How does billing work?

Pay Watch Cloud directly on a monthly or annual plan, by credit card or ACH. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment and are priced at eleven months for twelve months of coverage. No long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime.

Do I need technical skills to set this up?

No. Practice Defender includes a 1-on-1 onboarding call where a Watch Cloud specialist configures everything with you. Cyber Shield is self-serve and takes about an hour.

What if I already have antivirus or another security tool?

We'll review what you have during onboarding. In most cases Watch Cloud replaces the patchwork of tools a practice accumulates with one enterprise stack for less money.

Do I really need a WISP?

Yes. The FTC Safeguards Rule requires a written information security program, and IRS Publication 4557 sets out what the Service expects of you. Form W-12 asks you to confirm your data security responsibilities at every PTIN renewal. Practice Defender and Firm Elite include a Done-For-You WISP written specifically for your practice.

What happens if something does get through?
